Our hike in Iao Valley.. very tropical...we hiked to a stream and then took a leap(above) in the freezing water....but it felt sooo good. I did it three times.

At the top of Diamond Head Crater.. A long hot hike, but so worth it.

More to come, but good for now. We all enjoyed a great trip.. If you ever get to Maui on a Sunday you need to visit Hope Chapel. A church we feel in love with the 2 Sundays we went..

As for medical news, i have a colonoscopy next Friday, you may pray for me on Thursday to endure the "drink".
