Well the time is here. Tomorrow I start again..(Monday). I will have radiation at 1:30 followed by chemo at 3:15. The first radiation will take about an hour, and chemo should only take about 15 minutes, once I get called back to the chair. I will have 5 days of chemo along with radiation then continue with the radiation for a total of 25 treatments. I will have 3 weeks off of chemo then another 5 days on. That should all be done around the first or second week of February, baring nothing else comes up..
My emotions are on edge to say the least, ready to get this going and over with, not ready to deal with all that comes with it. But in church we sang some great praise songs, today is the day to praise the Lord, I won't worry about tomorrow, Fairest Lord Jesus.
I read from Ps. 40 this morning, reminding me of God's faithfulness and "The Lord thinks of me." That is quite an amazing thought. With all that goes on in the world, the fighting overseas, the genocide, the drug wars, the missionaries spreading the gospel in the midnight hours, etc... yet the LORD thinks of me...Very humbling.. And of course, He is all good and all perfect, He can't have one without the other, so His thoughts of me are that too.

Dear Jodi,
Your post reflects this verse in your life and response to your circumstances. "The fear of the Lord leads to life, and he who has it will abide in satisfaction." Proverbs 19:23
You are in my thoughts and prayers. Love you
